增韧尼龙6的力学性质和形态

【摘要】 尼龙由于在干态和低温下冲击强度较低而限制了其应用,本文进行了用聚烯烃弹性体接枝物(E-g-MA)增韧尼龙6的研究,并讨论了增韧的机理。

【Abstract】 Applications of nylon are restricted because of its lower impact strength under dry condition at low temperature. We have investigated mechanical properties and morphology of the blend systems, manely blends of nylon 6 with a chemically modified polyolefin elastomer (E-g-MA) , and discusses its toughening mechanism.Binary (Ny6/E-g-MA) and ternary (Ny 6 /E/E-g/MA) blends in different proportion has greater influence on the impact properties. The impact strength of the blends grows with the increase of the E-g-MA contents. Through the improvement of technological conditions, the impact strength of the blends is 19 times as much as pure nylon 6 .Sweep electron microscope (SEM) analysis of the fracture surfaces show that the binary blends Ny 6/E and Ny 6/E-g-MA represent brittble and tough fracture respectively. In the Ny 6 /E-g-MA system, rubber particle size (disperse phase) is relatively small and uniform, ranging from 0.2 to 1.5u.m0
