尼龙1010球晶的转化

【摘要】 本文利用偏光显微镜研究了尼龙1010球晶的转化。发现在降温过程中放射状球晶多转变成相同光性的环状球晶。升温时正环状转化为正放射状球晶;正、混合放射球晶部分转化为负放射状球晶;黄蓝两瓣球晶在一定温度范围内可与负放射球晶相互转变。多种球晶共存时,混合放射球晶可转变成两瓣、不对称四瓣和六瓣形放射球晶;正、混合坏状分别转变成不对称四瓣和六瓣形环状球晶;最后都以环状球晶熔化。

【Abstract】 The transformation of the spherulites of nylon 1010 has been studied by means of PLM. In cooling process, the nonringed spherulites formed above 195℃ could be changed into the same birefringent ringed spherulites below 181℃.In heating process, positive ringed and nonringed are transformed into positive and negative nonringed forms at 182 and 194℃ respectively and 2-valve spherulites became negative nonringed at 183℃ which returned Into 2-valve at 178℃. When a few kinds of spherulites coexisted, positive, mixed ringed and nonringed could be changed into 2-, asymmetric 4- and 6-valve spherulites in 109-158℃, and all changed into ringed form at 203℃ then melted at 216℃.
