脂环族环氧树脂和螺环原碳酸酯的光引发正离子共聚合
PHOTOINITIATED CATIONIC COPOLYMERIZATION OF AN ALICYCLIC EPOXY COMPOUND AND A SPIROORTHOCARBONATE
【摘要】 <正> 无收缩单体-1,6,8,13-四氧螺[7,7]十三碳烷(SOC7)和3,4-环氧基环己烷甲酸3’,4’-环氧基环己烷甲酯(ERL-4221)的光引发正离子共聚合的研究结果表明,少量SOC7加到ERL-4221体系中可抑制固化收缩没有明显降低热性能。ERL-4221对SOC7的合适克分子比为4比1,由此得到Tg为203℃而聚合时体积收缩为4.4%的交联共聚物。
【Abstract】 This article describes the photoinitiated cationic copolymerization of 1,6,8,13-tetraoxaspiro [7,7] tridecanes (SOC7), unconstrictive monomer, and 3,4-epoxycyclohexylmethyl 3,4-epoxycyc-lohexane carboxylate (ERL-4221). The test results show that the addtion of a small amount of SOC7 to ERL-4221 system results in suppressing shrinkage without significantly degrading the thermal properties. The proper mol ratio of ERL-4221 to SOC7 is 4:1. A crosslinked copoly-mer having Tg 230℃ and volume shrinkage below 4.4% on photocopolymerization is obtained. The elemental analysis, FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectra were shown respectively for characterization of the photocopolymer.
