提高封离型氮分子激光器输出的新途径
A New Method for Improvement of Output Characteristics of Low Pressure Sealed off N2-Laser

【Abstract】 A new method for improvement of output characteristics of low pressure sealed off N2-laser is reported. In view of the working performance of low pressure scaled off N2-laser, the average output power and the single pulse output energy were remarkably increased and the single pulse width was reduced 4nsfor pure nitrogen case to 1-2ns by changing the contents of gases filled-in. Therefore a new method for improvement of output characteristics of low pressure sealed off N2-laser is achieved by changing the sabsidiary gases mixed. in.
