【Abstract】 A new method for improvement of output characteristics of low pressure sealed off N₂-laser is reported. In view of the working performance of low pressure scaled off N₂-laser, the average output power and the single pulse output energy were remarkably increased and the single pulse width was reduced 4nsfor pure nitrogen case to 1-2ns by changing the contents of gases filled-in.
