【Abstract】 The long lifetime, high power, Sealed-off nitrogen laser is a narrow pulsewidth, high power, completly sealed-off ultraviolet pulse gas laser, in which the mixed-gases are fil- led. It adopts permanently sealed transitive glass window, highly effective glass-to-metal sealed discharge electrode and thyratron trigger switch, It successfully solved the problem how the sealed-off nitrogen laser permancntly and stably works under low pressure conditions, and the level of its performance indexed are superior to the adavanced world level of late 1980’s.
