等离子喷涂高Tc Y-Ba-Cu-O超导涂层的研究
PLASMA SPRAYED HIGH Tc Y-Ba-Cu-O SUPERCONDUCTING COATING
【摘要】 用等离子喷涂法制备出结合良好、均匀致密、工艺重复性及稳定性较好的高TcY-Ba-Cu-O超导涂层。其零电阻温度为84K。采用X射线衍射、电子探针、差热分析等手段对涂层的相结构、显微组织等进行了初步的研究。探讨了等离子喷涂工艺参数和后热处理条件对涂层超导性能的影响。
【Abstract】 A high-Tc YBaCuO superconducting coating, which is well bonded, homogeneous, technologically repeatable and stable, with zero-resistance temperature of 84K, has been produced by means of the plasma spray technique. The microstruc- ture and phase transformation of the coating were studied using X-ray diffraction, electron microprobe and differential thermal analysis techniques. The influence of plasma spray and post-spray treatment process parameters on the superconducting properties of the coating is approached.
