低压等离子喷涂Ti-Ni合金涂层工艺的研究

【摘要】 本文较详细地研究了低压等离子喷涂(LPPS)Ti~Ni合金涂层的工艺以及喷涂参数(如喷涂气氛,气氛压力,主气流量,喷涂功率,粉末粒度,喷涂距离和送粉率等)对Ti-Ni合金涂层质量的影响。研究结果表明,适当地选择工艺参数,可以获得致密并且与基体结合强度高、耐蚀的高质量Ti-Ni合金涂层。

【Abstract】 In this paper, influence of low pressure plasma spray (LPPS) para- meters on the quality of the Ti-Ni alloy coating, such as spray atmosphere, chamber pressure, main gas flow, plasma arc power, powder size, spray distance and rate of powder feed, are studied and discussed. The results show that the high quality Ti-Ni alloy coating with low porosity, high adhesive strength and corrosion resistance can be produced by selecting proper spray parameters in the LPPS process.
