【Abstract】 In this paper, the geometrical isomers of cyclophosphonodipeptides were separated and the numbers of those isomers were determined by high resolution 1H NMR and other spectroscopic methods. Their structures were determined by X-ray diffraction. It was found that among the isomers the phenyl group at phosphorus atom and the substituents at its a-carbon atom were cis to each other, the cyclohexyl rings of the four products were all in twist boat form.更多还原
