【Abstract】 The electrogenerated chemiluminescence of ABEI and ABEI-HCG in H3BO3-KCl-Na2CO3 buffer solution at pH 11. 06 was studied. Co(Ⅱ)(200~600 μg/L) is capable of catalyzing the ABEI luminescence when a pulse potential is applied to the electrodes. Antibody of HCG is combined with ABEI to obtain ABEI-IgG. The detection limit of ABEI and ABEI-IgG are 2. 0 ×10-11mol/L and 2. 1×10-10 mol/L , respectively. The concentration of ABEI, from 1.0×10-10 to 5.0× 10-7 mol/ L is in a linear relationship with the intensity of light.更多还原
