【摘要】 材料的品格畸变及嵌镶块尺寸与其硬度、强度等性能直接有关,多年来是材料科学的重要研究课题。本文介绍了近年提出的测定这些精细结构的X射线衍射voigt函数法。作者对测定及分析的具体问题作了较为周密的考虑。在反复试验的基础上,对过程进行了一系列的简化,从而使这一方法向自动化、实用化迈进了一大步。文章以太阳能淬火试样为例子,研究了淬火带及其邻近区域品格畸变度及嵌镶块尺寸的变化。实践表明:该方法简易、快速,可以获得较为可靠的确定性结果,是一种适用于常规测量的理想方法。

【Abstract】 Crystallite-size and lattice strains have an immediately influence on the hardness and strength of materials, which have been important research subjects for many years in the field of materials science. This paper introduced the voigt function of the X-ray diffraction of the fine struggle which was suggested in recent years. The authors considered the problems in determination and analysis carefully and made a series of simplification of the procedures on the basis of repeated experiments so that this method may be improved the practicality and automaticity.Having taken a steel sample after solar quanching as an example, the authors studied the changes of crystallite-size and lattice strains within the quanched band and the base. The results indicated that the voigt function is a simple, quick method and can give certain and reliabe results. It is an ideal method for conventional determination.
