四角喷燃炉膛内湍流三维气相燃烧和气固两相流动的数值模拟

【摘要】 <正> 目前,已建立的绝大多数炉内三维数值模拟都以颗粒轨道模型为基础。颗粒相连续介质模型已成功地应用于模拟气固两相射流及煤粉燃烧室内的三维气固两相流动。本文将它应用于四角喷燃炉膛内流动的模拟,作为炉内粉煤燃烧全过程数值模拟的第一步。

【Abstract】 The 3-D turbulent reacting flow and gas-particle flows in a tangentially fired boiler furnace are simulated by using a continuum model of particle phase, the k-E model of gas turbulence and the EBU model of gas combustion. The basic equations of both particle and gas phases are written in the Eulerian coordinates. The particle turbulence is modeled by art algebraic expression. All of these equations are expressed in their generalized form and are solved by the SIMPLE algorithm. Predicted gas temperature, gas velocity, particle velocity and particle concentration distributions give a reasonable picture of the vortex flow field and convection and diffusion of particles, including the effect of centrifugal force on particle mixing.
