【Abstract】 Forty one patient with acute mycardial infarction at convalescence their heart functions were checked by radionuclide ventriculograms 1. The cardiac function of left ventricle in the groups of myocardial infarctions of anterior and extensive anterior wall were decreased in turn. 2. The entire left ventricular systolic and diastolic functions were not in accordance with the damage when the infarction area was lesser. 3. In addition to myocardial infarction area the local ejecting fractln of uninfarcted area dropped may also be seen.更多还原
