【Abstract】 The serum content of microelements such as copper(Cu), iron (Fe), manganese(Mn), chromium(Cr) in 62 cases of Parkinson were detected. we discoered that Cu and Mn were less than that in the control group (P<0.05), and Zn was much less(P<0.05). Furthermore, Cu, Zn were decreasing when age wnsin getting. In senility the Cu was much decreased(P<0.001). In severe type and types Ⅲ of PD group. Cu was decreased obviously. Which phenomena are consistent with the changes of microelememts in hair.It is closely related to dementia. The content of Cu in serum and hair of PD patients also decreases when age is in getting. It is indicated that the changes of microelements place an important role in the development and prognosis of PD.更多还原
