钢水镁、钙精炼及对非金属夹杂物的影响

【摘要】 在实验室条件下,通过正交设计等方法对镁合金与硅钙在钢水精炼中作用的对比研究表明,镁、钙合金精炼对钢水都有良好的净化效果,且各具特色。硅钙合金脱硫能力优于镁合金,对夹杂物的变性效果也好;镁合金在去气和排除夹杂物方面有明显的优势。在相近精炼效果下,所需用镁量低于用钙量。结果还表明使用镁钙稀土复合合金可取得最佳的综合精炼效果。

【Abstract】 Orthogonal experiments were carried out under lab. conditions to compare the role of magnesium-containing alloys with SiCa alloy in the refining of steel. Results show that both magnesium and calcium have excellent effects on the refining and cleanning of liquid steel. SiCa alloy is prior to magnesium in deoxidation, desulfurization and inclusion modification; magnesium is better than calcium in removal of nitrogen, oxygen and inclusions, With similar refining effect, the amount of magnesium needed is Smaller than that of calcium. Resutls also prove the best comprehensive effect on refining of steel can be obtained by the addition of MgCa-RE complex alloy.
