便携式织物测厚装置的研制

【摘要】 本文提出用电涡流式传感器测量织物厚度,并研制成一台带有数据处理的织物测厚装置。试验结果表明,该装置的原理是可行的,能反映各种织物的厚度变化,测量方法简便,性能稳定,测试精度较高,且便于在线测试及在其他测厚领域中推广应用。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces a new method in which use is made of the eddy-cuvrent-basedtrans-ecducertomeasure the thickness of all kinds fabric.Also,the apparatus with data processoris developed to measure fabric thickness.The principle of this apparatus is proved to befeasible by testing.It can veflect the thickness variation of fabric with the advantages of easemeasurement,stable results,high precision,and field application.It would likely haveextending application in other fields after multiplying its function.
