氮离子注入提高锭子寿命的应用研究
A Study on the Application of Nitrogen Impantation in the Increase of Spindle Life
【摘要】 氮离子注入表面处理新工艺有效改善了GCr15钢的摩擦磨损性能.通过弧一环滑动摩擦磨损模拟锭子试验,并结合TEM、SEM、XPS等多种现代表面测试手段,分析了离子注入对模拟锭子耐磨性提高的改性机理.试验结果初步表明:氮离子注入工艺对锭子寿命提高效果显著,正交试验得出了一批有应用价值的注入工艺参数值.
【Abstract】 Nitrogen low implantation significantly improves the friction and wear properties of GCr15 steel. Through an analogue spindle sliding test of arc-ring, the modification mechanism for the improvement of wear resistance of analogue spindle via ion implantation is analysed combining with a variety of surface analytical techniques such as TEM, SEM, XPS and AES. The test results show that nitrogen implantation has remarkable effect on the increase of spindle life. Several valuable implantation parameters are predicated by the orthogonal experiment.
