居里点Tc高于300℃(Ba1-xPbx)TiO3系PTC陶瓷发热元件研制

【摘要】 制造高居里点PTC热敏陶瓷用的高铅粉体掺杂瓷料,具有易分层、易挥发、不均匀等特点.通过设计合理配方、改进均化和细化粉体的加工、制定非等温速率的阶梯状快速升降温制度。获得性能和结构都较好的居里点Tc>300℃的PTC陶瓷发热元件。

【Abstract】 The porcelain material with adulteration of rich lead powder used for manufac- turing the PTC thermosensitive ceramics with higher Curie temperature possosses the proper- ties of easy straticulation, volatillization and unevenness in distribution. Through designign a proper formula, improving the processing of uniformation and fineness or the powder and decreasing the temperature at an unequal rate, we can obtain the better PTC ceramic heating elements with Curie temperature higher than 300 ℃ both in quality and in structure.
