循环变温快速渗碳法

【摘要】 本文在传统的碳传质和扩散理论基础上提出了一种新的渗碳工艺方法—循环变温快速渗碳法,并从理论和实践上验证了该工艺的正确性和可靠性.在研究中作者还找出了渗碳过程中炉内某些影响渗碳速度因素随温度变化的规律,并绘成示意图,即T—CP,β,D关系图.

【Abstract】 Based on the traditional theory of carbon transfer and diffusion insteel, we pose out a new carburizing process-circling change tempeature accele-rating carburizing process, and it’s correctness and feasibility are proved by both theory and experiment. In research, a carburizing mathematical model considering surface shape of workpieces is used so that calculating results are closer to the practical processes. The author also found a certain relationship between temperature and some factors affecting carburizing rate. And a diagram showing the relationship is drawn in this paper.
