一种新型的齿轮减噪阻尼环减噪性能研究
Researches into the Noise-Reducing Properties of a New Kind of Gear Damping-Ring
【摘要】 本文通过对比实验,指出新型减噪阻尼环的减噪性能大大优于钢阻尼环,尤其在抗冲击方面。并引入“松动“的概念对新型阻尼环的减噪机理进行了探讨.
【Abstract】 In this paper, the noise-reducing properties of a new damping-ring is stated. By experiments in contrast with steel damping-ring and new damping-ring on the gearbox, the result is that new damping-ring is superior to steel damping-ring in noise-reducing properties, especially in shock-resisting. Again, quoted the conception "slip" , the noise-reducing mechanism of new damping-ring is analysed. This paper plays a positive role in making use of damping-ring in gear noise-controlling.
