稠环芳烃的荧光光度法同时测定
Determination of Naphthalene, Phenanthrene, Pyrene and Fluorene by Partial Least Squares
【摘要】 芴、萘、菲、芘的荧光光谱无论是激发或是发射光谱均有重叠,本文提出用三维偏最小二乘法,利用这些化合物激发和发射光谱信息,同时解析其混合物的组成。实验表明,这四种组份在pH为7的磷酸缓冲液中。浓度很低时符合双线性,且具加和性。激发和发射波长数分别取为31和40,对未知样品测定,相对误差小于7%。
【Abstract】 Both the excitation and emission spectra of naphthalene, phenanthrene, pyrene and flugrene overlap severely. The method for resolving the spectra of their mixture by 3-dimensiopal partial least squares(PLS) was proposed. Owing to the bilinear relation between the excitation and emission strength with the concentration of all the 4 components and their additivity, they can be determined simultaneously in the phosphate buffer solution at pH=7.0. In the range of 230~380nm at intervals of 5nm, the emission spectrum was scanned for every wave length of the excitation spectrum, and the data were collected at intervals of 3nm in the range of the wave length 300~417nm. For every sample, a 31×40 data matrix was formed. For a sample with different proportion of these components, a 3-dimensional arary X with n×31×40 was obtained. The concentration of these 4 components can be calculated simultaneously by using of PLS to resolve the matrix X and the concentration matrix Y(n×4).
