【Abstract】 Spermine,spermidine,cadaverine and putrescine in tomato callus were determined with 1,6-hexanediamine as internal standard.After DNS deriving,the sample was purified through Sop-pak silica cartridge,separated on μ-Bondapak NH₂ column with mobile phase as chloroform:toluene:triothylamine（89:10:1,V/V）and detected by fluorescence detector at Ex=338 nm and Em=495 nm.The method showed good recovery in the range of 89.1～ 102.1%,the relative standard deviation of less than 2.3% and detection limit at 0.1 to 0.3 p mol.更多还原
