【Abstract】 Proteins separated by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and stained sequentially were determined using laser-induced thermal lens technique.The detection limit for bovine serum albumin was 0.2ng.A mixture sample containing three standard proteins,i.e., bovine serum albumin,ovalbumin and lysozyme at trace level and a human serum sample were detected,and the high-resolution electrophoretograms were obtained.更多还原
