【Abstract】 The paper describes the preparation of β-cyclodextrin bonded stationary phase and its characterization by using IR spectrometry,elemental analysis and nitrogen adsorption method at low temperature.Chromatographic performance of the β-cyclodextrin bonded phase was examined by using nitroaniline isomers as samples and CH₃OH/H₂O（40/60,V/V）as mobile phase.The difference Δκ′in retention between ρ-and o-nitroaniline on the β-cyclo- dextrin bonded phase column was found to depend strongly on the column temperature.更多还原
