头发中微量元素的电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱分析
Analysis of Elements in Hair by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry
【摘要】 采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES),分析了464个头发样品中12种微量元素,比较了几种清洗剂的洗涤效果和几个酸度的影响,标准加入回收率满意,相对标准偏差除个别元素外均小于10%。
【Abstract】 The four hundred and sixty four hair samples were analyzed by ICP-AES. The effects of several washing detergents on the determination of elements in hair samples were compared. Using addition recovery method, the recovery rates were obtained and the relative standard deviations also obtained with a parallel experiment and a multi-measure-accumulate-statistics method.
