【Abstract】 In this paper, the UV-spectra data of mixture solutions which consist of tyrosine, tryptophane,phenylalanine and 3, 4-dihydroxyphenylalanine were measured. Numbers identities and concentrations of amino-acids in the mixtures were determined successfully by using target factor analysis. The effects of wavelength range and sampling interval selected on the results have been discussed. The results obtained were in good agreement with those by Kalman filter method.更多还原
