【Abstract】 In an NH₃-NH₄Cl buffer solution, hematin produces a very sensitive polarographic peak at -0. 42 V（vs. SCE）. The height of derivative peak is linear with hematin over the range of 2. 5×10^-8 to 7.5×10^-7 mol/L, the detection limit is 8×10^-9 mol/L.
