【Abstract】 This paper describes the enantiomeric separation of α-amino acids on the chiral stationary phase(CSP) of L-proline. The CSP was prepared ty reacting 3-glyeidoxy-propyltrimethoxysilane firstly with L-proline and then bonding it to silica gel. The enantiomers of 13 α-amino acids on a 25 cm long column were separated using Cu(Ⅱ) ions as a complexing agent. The effects of pH, ionic strength, flow rate and column temperature on the enantiomer selectivity were discussed.更多还原
