PP333对柑桔新生器官形态和解剖结构的影响

【摘要】 PP333处理后,枳实生苗新生根异常粗短,并在根的成熟区以上部位形成一节节凸起的念珠状结构,根尖也往往局部坏死。脐橙抽发的新梢极短,长度仅为对照的12%左右;叶片数量减小,并高度密生,叶长度减少,宽度增加;果实变小,果皮极光滑,果形指数减小。经切片观察,这种器官形态的变化在细胞形态上主要表现为细胞长度减少和宽度增加。推断PP333对新生器官的作用是通过影响器官组织细胞的伸长和扩大,以及抑制分生组织细胞纵向分裂并促进其横向分裂来实现的。

【Abstract】 After treatment with PP333, the growth of newly formed roots of trifoliate orange seedlings became thick and short; many pearl-shaped protuberances were formed above the matured region of the roots. Furthermore, root apices were partially necrotic. The fresh shoots of the treated Washington navel orange were shortend to the length as nearly 12% of that of control, the number and the length of leaf were decreased, the internodes were reduced but the width of leaf was increased. The fruits were small in size and smooth in peel with reducing fruit shape index. Observation on the slices showed that morphological changes in citrus organ were embodied as decrease in cell length and increase in width. It is suggested that PP333 affected newly formed organ by restraining the cell elongation and expansion as well as by inhabiting the lengthwise division of meristem cell but enhancing the crosswise division.
