【摘要】 对76株肺炎克雷伯氏菌进行13种抗菌药物敏感度及联合药敏试验的研究。该菌对丁胺卡那霉素、多粘菌素 B 及5种头孢菌素类抗菌药物均敏感,但对链霉素等抗菌药物产生耐药,部分菌株出现同时耐受4种以上抗菌药物的现象。联合药敏试验显示,卡那霉素与头孢氨呋肟的联合应用抑菌效果优于其他各组抗菌药物的联合应用.更多还原

【Abstract】 Antimicrobic susceptibility test of 13 antimicrobic agents in 76 clinical isolates of Klebsiella Pneumoniae was studied.The results showed that all strains were susceptible to Amikacin,Polymyxin B and 5 kinds of cephalosporins but resistant to Streptomycin,etc.Several strains could resist at least 4 kinds of antimicrobic agents.The results of combined antimicrobic susceptibility test indicated: combining Kanamycin with Cefuroxime was more active than any other combination.There was significant difference between them(P<0.05 or P<0.01).更多还原
