正常人表皮郎格罕氏细胞和未定类细胞表面标记的研究

【摘要】 应用单抗Leu-6和Ia(HLA-DR)以免疫组化ABC法对7例正常表皮内郎格罕氏细胞和未定类细胞的比较观察,发现Leu-6(+)细胞与Ia(+)细胞数量比为2:1(P<0.001)。Leu-6作为该类细胞的表面标记在敏感性和特异性方面均优于Ia单抗,提示表皮内郎格罕氏细胞和未定类细胞存在Ia(+)/Leu-6(+)和Ia(-)/Leu-6(+)两亚类。

【Abstract】 Langerhans cells and indeterminate cells were studied in seven cases of human normal epidermidesy the use of two kinds of monoclonal antibodies,anti-Leu-6 and anti-la,and ABC immunohistochemical techniques. The results indicate that Leu-6 is more sensitive and spicific as a surface marker of Langerhans cells and indeterminate cells than Ia. Meanwhile it shows that there are two subsets, la (+)/Ler-6 (+)and la(+)/Leu-6(+),in the Langerhans cells and indeterminate cells.
