【Abstract】 In this study, 176 semen speciums were mixed with the protective medium that contained mainly the glycerl and yolk,and were reserved in amples with the temperature degrating gradually. The cryop- reservation period of semen specimen lasted from 24 hours to three years. The average cryosurvival rate of the sperm was 72%. 110 cases of sterile women were inseminated with cryopreservation semen from the donors. Fifty—three pregnancies occurred in 98 treatment cycles. 48.2% conception resulted. Mean treatment cycle per conception was 1.84. Thirty normal and healthy babies were bred.
