东亚钳蝎生殖特性的研究
Study on Reproductive Character of Buthus martensii Karsch
【摘要】 本文比较详细地描述了东亚钳蝎生殖器官的构造,并通过实验论证了一些重要的生殖特性。结果表明:蝎交配轴是能够再生的,再生期最快的约20天,再生的交配轴同样具有交配能力。♀蝎在每次生殖后需要再交配才能保持正常生殖。在一个生殖周期内♀蝎和蝎一般都只交配一次,偶尔可以交配2—3次。在一个饲养群体内,性比结构随年龄的增长而变化,蝎比数逐年减少,老年群体存活的大都是♀蝎。群体的繁殖量与群体的性比有关。初步认为,为了获得群体的最大繁殖量,群体的性比应保持在:♀=4:3为宜,至少也需1:1。此外,还观察了交配过程及其所要求的环境条件。
【Abstract】 The structure of sex organ and some important characteristics of reproduction of Buthus raartensii karsch have been described and discussed. The results show that recopulation is necessary for female scorpion to continue reproduction. The scorpion usually copulates only one time(rarely 2—3 times )on a reproducttire cycle. In the process of copulating, male scopion releases a copulatory shaft to be used for transporting sperm. The copulatory shaft can regenerate in about 20 days or longer. In a breeding population, sex ratio varies with the age, the ratio of (?): (?) gradually increases as the time by. In old population, the survivors are almost females. It is proposed that optimum sex ratio in a breeding population for higher reproductive rate should be maintained at (?):(?) =4: 3, or at least1: 1.
