【Abstract】 The karyotype of Naja naja atra from Lianjiang, Fujian was analysed. By comparing the result with karyotype of the same species from Zhejiang, it was revealed that there was significant difference between one of the 5 larger chromosomes. Isochromosomes were described from the snake as the first time. And the method of obtaining karyotypes of snakes by analysing their diplotene stage chromosomes was introduced.更多还原
