【摘要】 本研究首次采用红萍体内共生藻单克隆抗体为监测手段,直接从红萍共生腔内分离鱼腥藻进行培养.离体藻在无氮BG—11或者Allen培养基上迅速褪绿失活,在培养基中添加果糖、酵母提取物、氨基酸等可使其保绿期延长4倍左右.低氧分压（1%O₂,99%N₂）可进一步提高离体鱼腥藻保绿期,并略有增殖.单克隆抗体测定表明这些离体培养的红萍共生藻始终保持其固有的抗原性.更多还原

【Abstract】 ; This experiment tried to isolate Andbaena azollae directly from Azolla leaf cavities after surface sterilization , then grew it on various culture media and conditions. More longer green-keeping periord of isolated Anabdena azollae was found in alien medium suplemented with organic N and C, micro-aerobic (1%O2, 99% N2) condition to compare with N-free medium and aerobic condition. The isolates underwent a limited multiplication in above growing condition but failed to continue the further multiplication. These cyanobacteria were antigenically identical to the endosybionts of Azolla.更多还原
