【Abstract】 Comparison analysis of resistance to rice blast and bacterial blight was studied. Four isolates, belonging to 3 representive races of P. oryzaeand 3 isolates of X. compestris pv. oryzae were used to inoculate the 21 CMS lines and 12 cms lines of hybrid rice respectively. The results indicated that the disease resistance of cms lines developed in recent years and cultivated in large area at present was rather poor. But, the pathogenicity of tested isolates, the disease resistance of tested CMS lines and the disease susceptibility of cytoplasm were mostly significant. The resistance improvement of CMS lines still is one of primary aims in hybrid rice breeding, and it is a primary technique way to improve resistance of nucleic genotype.更多还原
