42CrMo钢离子氮化——沉淀强化组织结构的研究
A STUDY OF THE CONSTITUTION OF 42CrMo STEEL AFTER ION NITRIDING-PRECIPITATION HARDENING
【摘要】 研究了42CrMo钢离子氮化—沉淀强化的组织结构,结果表明,离子氮化层的组成为ε、r'aN、Fe3C和少量Cr2N、Mo2N、CrMoNx及a";经时效处理后,ε相和aN相弥散析出Cr2N、Mo2N和a" 。325℃时效,CrMoNx消失;500℃时效,Mo2N大大减少。a"、Cr2N和Mo2N弥散共格析出,必将使氮化层强化。
【Abstract】 The Constitution of the 42CrMo steel is studied,the results of which show that the ion n ioing layer Consists of the e,r’ ,aN,Fe3c and a small amount of the Cr2N,Mo2N, CrMoNx and α." ,that after aging the ion nitriding layer,the Cr9N,Mo2N and a" will precipite from the α and aN phases,that if aging it at 325 ℃,the CrMoNx will disappear,that if aging it at 500 ℃, the Mo2N will decrease Considerably, and that the nitriding layer wiil be hardened when the , Cr2N and Mo2N precipitate coherently.
