毛白杨、刺槐混交林丰产机理研究
【摘要】 用标准地法对黄泛平原毛白杨、刺槐纯林和混交林根分泌物、土壤微生物、土壤养分及其与林木生长的关系进行了研究,结果表明:1、混交林根际土壤总菌数高于纯林,混交林和纯林根际细菌、放线菌和总菌数高于根外,F 检验达极显著和显著水平。2、混交林毛白杨、刺槐根泌氨基酸和酚量高于纯林毛白杨和刺槐,可溶性糖和有机酸量则低于纯林毛白杨和刺槐。3、不同林分根际、根外土壤养分有明显变化。土壤速效磷含量在不同林分和根际、根外的差异均达极显著水平。树种(?)交后所表现的生长优势己证实是由于毛白杨、刺槐根间有益的交互作用及土壤微生物模式的变化所引起。
【Abstract】 The relationship between root secretion,soil micro-organisms,soil nutrient ele-ments,and tree growth in both the pure and mixed forests of Chinese white poplar andBlack locust cultivated in the Huanghe River Inundated Plain was studied by the sampleplot method The results indicate that:1. The total micco-organism content of the rhizo-sphere soil is higher in the mixed forest than in the pure forest,In both the mixed andpure forests,the content of bacteria,fungi and total micro-organisms in the rhizospheresoil is higher than it is in the soil outside the root system,and the F values are signi-ficant at 0. 05 ro 0. 01 level.2. The content of amino acid and phenol secreted by the rootsystem of Chinese white poplar and Black locust is higher and the content of solublesugar and organic acid is lower in the mixed forest than in the pure forest.3. The nutri-ent content is much higher in the rhizosphere soil than in the soil outside the rootsystem in both the mixed and pure forests,and the differenoe of rapidly availablephosphorus between the two kinds of soil above is significant at 0. 01 level It has beenproved that the growth superiority of the mixed forest is due to the change of micro-flora and soil nutrient condition caused by the root interaction between Chinese whitepoplar and Black locust.
