高J_c超导材料磁通分布的电镜研究

【摘要】 在减压降温液氮温区(约64K),采用磁缀饰法(即高分辨Bitter图法),分别在熔融织构生长(MTG)的YBa2Cu3O7超导体和射频溅射制备的单晶外延YBa2Cu3O7薄膜上用KYKY-1000 B SEM观察到超导体的磁通分布图,属无序非晶态结构。在MTG超导体中得到清晰的孪晶界、层界和晶体缺陷对磁通的钉扎图象。最强的钉扎中心出现在尺寸较大的Y2BaCuO5(211)第二相粒子周围。

【Abstract】 With KYKY-1000B SEM, the distributions of magnetic flux on the surface of high Jc superconductorshave been observed at liquid nitrogen temperature range (64K) by using the magnetic decoration method, i. e.high-resolution Bitter patternmethod. The samples are melt-textured growth (MTG)YBa2 Cu3 O7 Superconductors and epitaxial thin YBa2 Cu3 O7 film by sputtering on Sr Ti O substrates. The results show that the twin boundaries, layer boundaries as well as crystal defects are pinning sites, and the strongest pinning appears in the vicinity of large grains of second phase (Y2Bz Cu O5.)
