激光微区分析取样熔穴的SEM及EDS研究
Study on The Melting Caves Sampled by Laser Microspectrometer with SEM and EDS
【摘要】 利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及x射线能谱仪(EDS)对多组份样品的激光取样熔穴进行了研究,发现激光取样部分的各组份相对含量与原样品各组份的相对含量之间存在差异。这种差异与样品各组份的熔点有关。这一结果表明,激光微区定量分析必须考虑基体各组份熔点的影响。
【Abstract】 The melting caves of the multicomponent samples, which were sampled by a laser beam, have been examined by use of SEM and EDS. We have found that the differences between the weight concentration of a part by laser beam sampling of and the sample are. The difference is related to the melting point of separate component of a sample. The results show that effect of melting point of separate component of matrix is must considered in laser microspectrometric quantitative analysis.
