【Abstract】 In this paper, a rigid-plastic FEM program is developed for modelling sheet metal forming processes. The deformation characteristics and flow pattern are studied using this program. The authors presented the method to determine blank shape for first drawing and redrawing of square cups. The range of appropriate wall distance for redrawing is also given based on FEW analysis.更多还原
