【摘要】 本文对10名地方性克汀病患者进行了脑干电位及耳蜗电图检查,其中7名进行了阻抗测听检查,结果表明:中耳病变不是本病的主要致聋原因。高强声时轻度痴呆组电反应正常,中度痴呆组略差,以及强度—振幅曲线平台段缩短或消失等现象提示本病对听觉系统各部位的损害是与本病对中枢神经系统其他部位的损害相一致的,在其较轻阶段表现为对弱声反应性下降,在其较重阶段可能表现为器质性损害。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ecoch G and ABR were done on 10 patients with subclinical Cretinism. Among them 7 patients were examined by impedance audiometry. It seems at lesions in middle-ear are not main causes for deafness. Responses to ERA ar normal in slight dementia group and the platform segment of intensity-amplitude curve was shortened or disappeared which indicated that lesion in auditory system was extensive and not particular limited to single portion only.such a lesion was appropriate to sesion occured in other place of central nervous system. In slight cases the smptoms are decreasing of reactivity to weak tone, but for serious cases the mpairment may be organic.更多还原
