EuBa2Cu3O(7-δ)陶瓷超导体临界态磁通蠕动
FLUX CREEP IN THE CRITICAL STATE OF EuBa2Cu3O(7-δ) CERAMIC HIGH-Tc SUPERCONDUCTOR
【摘要】 本文用振动样品磁强计分别以增加外磁场和退外磁场两种情况在77K 研究了 EuBa2-Cu3O7-δ单相多晶超导样品磁化强度弛豫行为.发现两者有显著区别.我们又用实验结果求导了样品钉扎势 U0 和磁通束尺度参量随外场变化规律,其数值表明样品钉扎势 U0 随外场B 变化关系仍可用 U0-1/Bα函数关系表示.
【Abstract】 The relaxation characteristic features in magnetization of single phase EuBa2Cu3·O7-*δceramic high-Tc superconductor was studied with a sample-vibrating magnetometer by both increasing and decreasing the applied magnetic field.We found that both features were different.From the results of the increasing magnetic field relaxation rata,we inferred that the pinning energy U0 and bundle-size parameter VX depend upon the applied magnetic field.The data indicate that the relationship between U0 and the applied field B can still be expressed by the formula U0-1/Ba
