YBa2-xMxCu3O7-δ(M=Ca,Sr)的晶体结构与超导电性
CRYSTAL STRUCTURE AND SUPERCONDUCTIVITY ON YBa2-xMxCu3O7-δ(M=Ca,Sr)
【摘要】 通过对正交单相 YBa2-xMxCu3O7-δ(M=Ca,x=0.05,0.1,0.25;M=Sr,x=0.1,1.0)样品的晶格参数、超导电性、氧含量以及 Hall 系数的测量,发现随着替代元素含量的增加,体系氧含量基本不变,正交化程度减弱,四方化程度增强,Cu-O 面上的载流子浓度减少,超导中点转变温度(Tc)呈下降的趋势.分析表明,四方化程度增强与局域结构扭曲密切相关;Cu-O 面上的载流子浓度对高 Tc 的超导电性影响很大.
【Abstract】 The crystal structure,superconductivity,oxygen content and Hall coefficient have been investigated for the single phase YBa2-xMxCu3O7-δ(M=Ca,Sr) samples with orthorhombic structure.We find that with the increase of the content of the substituted element,the oxygen con-tent remains almost unchanged,the orthorhombic weekends,the tetragonal enhances,the carrier concentration on the Cu-O planes decreases and the mid-point transition temperature Tc drops gradually.We conclude that there exist a relationship between the stronger and stronger tetragonal and local structure distortion,and that the carrier concentration on the Cu-O planes has an important effect on high Tc superconductivity.
