13MeV质子对Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O超导薄膜的低温辐照效应
RADIATION EFFECT OF 13 MeV PROTONS AT LOW TEMPERATURE ON Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O SUPERCONDUCTING THIN FILM
【摘要】 用不同通量的13 MeV 质子束照射了 Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O 超导薄膜,引起了电阻率ρ、Tc、Toffset(超导电阻完全转变的温度)和转变宽度△Tc 的明显变化.在照射通量≤2.8 ×1015H+/cm2下,Tc 和 △Tc 没有变化,而ρ随通量的增加而超线性地增加,在通量为1.3×1017H+/cm2时,Toffset和 △Tc 发生急剧的变化,这意味着超导晶粒间的相耦合被完全破坏了.被最大照射通量2.5×1017H+/cm2照射过的薄膜经室温退火后,Toffset和△Tc,几乎完全恢复了,但ρ仍然没有变化.
【Abstract】 Bi-Pb-Sr-Cu-O superconducting thin film was radiated by 13 MeV protons with different flux.This induces the obviously changes of resistivity ρ,Tc,Toffset (full superconducting transition temperature) and transition width ΔTc At the flux ≤2.8×1015 H+/cm2,7% and ATc don’t change,but p increases as the flux increasing.At the flux is 1.3×1017 H+/cm2,Toffset and ΔTc are varied sharply This means that the coupling between superconducting grain is destroyed fully.Toffset and ΔTc of the thin film,which was radiated by the maximum flux 2.5×1017 H+/cm2,almost fully recover but p still unchanged.
