Y1Ba2Cu3O7-δ超导体中热力学涨落效应和相干长度
THERMODYNAMICS FLUCTUATION AND COHERENCE LENGTH IN Y1Ba2Cu3O7-δ SUPERCONDUCTORS
【摘要】 测量了 Y1Ba2Cu3O7-δ氧化物超导材料的电阻随温度变化曲线,观察到 T≥Tc 时电阻比线性外推下来的 Rn(T)小.我们把它解释为热力学涨落效应.从实验结果计算出了涨落电导率随温度的变化,并作了理论计算,两者作了比较.在一些情况下求出了相干长度.
【Abstract】 Temperature dependence of resistance of superconductors of Y1Ba2 Cu3 O7-δwas measured.Resistance decrease above Tc was observed and is accounted for by thermodynamics fluctuation effect.The dependence of fluctuation conductivity on temperature was calculated from both experimental results and theories and comparison between the two has been made.In some cases the coherence lengths have been calculated.
