【Abstract】 Iphiseius guangdongensis sp. nov. (figs.1-4)Famle: Dorsal shield and ventral shields well sclerotized, sublateral setae r3 and R1 on the sclerotized lateral membrane, ventrianal shield very broad, close to the genital shield, with three pairs of preanal setae, ventrolatetal setae four pairs and matepodal shield two pairs.This species is similar to Iphiseius formosanus Ehara 1970 and Iphiseius dinghuensis Wu et Qian 1982, but it differs from them in the following characters: Preanal setae three pairs, ventrolateral setae four pairs, while four and two in the latter two species; metapodal shield two pairs but one pairs in the latter two species; shape of spermatheca different in the three species.Holotype ♀, paratypes 2♀♀, Wuzhishan (25°N, 114°E), Shaoguan, Guangdong Province, 1985.
