【摘要】 作者共调查1896人(男993,女903)、其中患外耳道癌痒症者311人(男167,女144),患病率1.64％.本病与职业和性别似无明显关系,但随年龄增长患病率有增高趋势.其主要临床症状为瘙痒、“油耳”、外耳道轻度充血、奇痒、耳痛和外耳道干糙等.本病的病原体为人体蠕形螨和真菌,前者包括毛囊蠕形螨(Demodex folliculorum)和皮脂蠕形螨(Demodex brevis);真菌包括曲霉菌(Aspergillus),青霉菌(Penicillium),皮肤丝状菌的小孢了菌(Microsporum),念珠菌(Candida)和毛霉菌(Mucor)等.更多还原

【Abstract】 Of the 18% subjects (male 993, female 903) investigated . 311 (male 167, female 144 ) were found with pruritus of meatus acousticus cxlcrnus . a rate as 16.4% , which docs not seem to have distinct relations with cither occupations or sexes , but the rale tends to increasing with ageing . The clinical symptoms mainly include itching . oily car. minor hypcracmia of mcatus acousticus cxtcmus , extremely itching . earache . muffled car , or dry and coarse external car canal , etc .. the pathogen of which being human Demodex (including Demodex folliculonim and Demodex brevis ) and fungus (including Asperyillus , Penicillium, Miamporum of the Dermato - phytes , Candida and Mucor .etc .).更多还原
