井底钻具力学模型的讨论
DISCUSSION ON MECHANICS MODEL OF BHA
【摘要】 传统的井底钻具力学模型假定钻头为固定铰支,且认为它仅受钻压、侧向力和扭矩的作用。在研究了井底和钻头的相互作用后,作者得出了作用于钻头的弯矩的两种表达式,建立了新的下部钻柱力学模型,理论和现场资料的计算结果表明,新的力学模型更符合井底钻柱的工作状态,能够解释旧模型引起的一些矛盾和方位飘移等问题,并给出了影响钴头力的主要因素。
【Abstract】 Two expressions of bit moment have been obtained from studying theinteraction between holebottom and bit, and a new BHA mechanics modelhas been developed. The calculating results of theory and actualformations show that BHA can be better described by the new mechanicsmodel, and can explain the azimuth drift which the old model can notexplain well. Also, the primary factors affecting the azimuth force aregiven.
