【摘要】 本文报道了紫参(Safvia chinesis)愈伤组织在生长分化中内源吲哚乙酸(IAA)和玉米素(Zeatin,ZT)的变化及其作用的研究结果。采用 HPLC(高效液相层析)法分析了内源的 IAA 和 ZT 的水平;同步测定了 DNA、RNA 和蛋白质的含量。发现愈伤组织在芽发生中,ZT/IAA 的值有明显的变化,相应的 RNA/DNA 的值和 RNA 的含量也有明显的变化。结果表明内源的 IAA 和 ZT 的变化引起 RNA 的变化,进而通过 RNA 影响蛋白质的合成。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this papper,the endogenous IAA and Zeatin were analysised by HPLC(high performance liquid chromatograph);Quantiative deter- minations of DNA,RNA and protein were made at the same time, It was found that ZT/IAA changed obviously,so did RNA/DNA and RNA.The result indicated that change of endogenous IAA and ZT caused the change of RNA and influenced protein through RNA.更多还原
