二维工s5ng反铁磁一反铁磁超晶格的磁性
Magnetic Properties of Two Dimensional Ising Antiferromagnet-Antiferromagnetic Superlattice
【摘要】 本文用相关有效场理论讨论了二维I si ng反铁磁-反铁磁超晶格(AFAFS)在无外场时的临界温度与超晶格元胞厚度及超晶格中每一层的磁化强度与温度的依赖关系。并从超晶格的对称性出发讨论了反铁磁-反铁磁超晶格和铁磁-铁磁超晶格之间的异同。
【Abstract】 A correlation effective-field treatment for the two dimensional Ising antiferromagnet-antiferromagnetic superlattice (AFAFS) without external field is presented. The critical temperature dependence of the layers of superlattice and the temperature dependence of the magnetization of each layer in the superlattice are investigated. The similarities and differences between the magnetic properties of AFAFS and that of ferro-ferromagnetic superlattice are discussed.
